kinda did this in a rush. anyway, this is kyokata. story time!

(time frame: before aang's and co's time. during the time of avatar roku)
kyokata lived on a small island off the coast of the north pole. being the only female in their tribe who can waterbend, the elders took pride in kyokata. they trained her on everything they knew about waterbending even the forbidden technique of controlling one's body. though having all the attention of the elders, no children her age wanted anything to do with her. this lead kyokata to grow up very bitter towards other humans other than those who loved her, the elders and her older brother kaio. ((she didn't even care for her fiance =/ poor guy. damn you arranged marriages!))
one night kyokata dreamt of the fire nation rebelling and destroying the other nations. kyokata, angred with the fire nation, left the island and travelled to stop the war from beginning.
once there in the fire kingdom, kyokata sought out their leaders. she fought everyone who opposed her until she reached the royal family ((was there one back then???)). to attack the fire king ((again, i might be making stuff up here)), kyokata killed his wife and children by bending all the water out of their bodies, thus dehydrating them.
before she could even touch the fire king, avatar roku, unwillingly, destroyed kyokata. before her demise, kyokata mentioned the war. no one knew of kyokata's intentions.

basically kyokata thought that the current leader of the fire nation was going to start the war. that's why she tried to kill him. even if she did she probably wouldn't have done much.
i remember reading that waterbenders would be able to bend the water in people's body and control their movements. after two seasons of hoping to get a glance of that, i was very upset. so i HAD to give kyokata that ability. also, being able to do that, shouldn't waterbenders also be able to suck out the water from people's bodies and kill them from dehydration? guess that's a bad thing. i see why that wouldn't be in avatar... oh well...
kyokata was my first EVER ATLA OC. i <3 her.
